I have been dry brushing daily now for 4 years and I will never go back. I can feel the difference if and when I skip a day (that’s why I wanted my dry brush to also include a travel bag, I take this thing everywhere with me!).

You can’t do dry brushing wrong for as long as you always move towards the heart and keep a light pressure. I always go from the bottom up, starting with each leg, buttocks, back, stomach, arms (I raise them to help lymph drain better towards the heart), breasts, neck and face. I stroke each section 4 to 7 times before moving to the next.

NOTE: The first few times, dry brushing might be painful indicating stagnant lymph. Apply a very light touch and keep doing it as it will improve. You will start noticing energy coming back in your body after which will feel very good.
