When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once it leaves our hands.

Where do you ship from?

All Apothecary orders are shipped from our Florida studio with care and frequency.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. and Canada. If you live elsewhere, email hello@vanessagrutman.com and we’ll explore options together.

Can I return or exchange a product?

All sales are final, as our products are energetically coded and handled with ritual care. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right.

My package hasn’t arrived / is marked delivered but isn’t here — what do I do?
